I ♥ Pilates - Core Fusion Style
For this week’s challenge I decided to go Hard Core, Core Fusion that is. After reading about Rachel’s challenge I quickly wish listed this on Amazon.
Of course I had to pop in Pilates Plus and get my core going. There are five 10-minute workouts and I made it through the first 2 without too much of a struggle. By the time the 3rd one came on all I can think is this is going to be fun.

Now on to finish what I started!
