Outside the Box Challenge

From March 1-May 1, we're getting outside of our boxes to try new foods, exercises, and other healthy activities. Follow our progress as we post about how we're meeting each week's new challenge.

    No Sugar… No Problem (except I couldn’t chew gum at track practice)

    Cereal with Milk for breakfast.

    Apple

    Avocado, Sprouts and Cheese on Rye bread for lunch.

    Trader Joe Pasta (Brown Rice Pasta noodles, Chicken, Pesto, Bruschetta, Broccoli, Pepper, Spinach)

    Yummy Day and it really wasn’t that hard to stay away from sweeteners.  I’ve given up sweets for the time being so it wasn’t toooo bad.
