Sugar is in WHAT?
This was a great eye opener for me. Did you know that rice milk has sugar in it? Granted, it doesn’t say sugar or HFCS, but it has brown rice syrup in it. The 2nd ingredient in Kashi GoLean Crisp is again cane sugar! This challenge was difficult, mostly because I thought that I didn’t have a lot of sugar in my diet, but it turns out that a lot of my staples do.
It was hard not to make and eat cookies at night, but I made banana “ice cream” to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Great challenge and I’m trying to think of a way to incorporate this into my daily life, just to gain more awareness of what I eat.
