Reflections…
Hello my name is Erin and I have participated in all of the challenges so far and have found it to be so much fun. I really enjoyed being not only challenged to get out of my comfort zone but being able to see how others react when asked to do the same. That being said I will say that the no sugar challenge was definitely the most difficult for me. No coffee = not happy. The easiest challenge for me was the fitness fantasy test. I had already been planning to take my workout outdoors so this was the little push I needed. I enjoyed being out of the gym so much that I haven’t been back. I’ve kept to training for my 5k outside which seems to have been improving both my mood and time. Thank you to Rachel and Leah for creating this challenge and allowing us a community in which to share our experiences. I had a lot of fun trying out the new challenges each week. It helped me to keep focused on improving my health during my very hectic final semester as an undergrad. Without a weekly reminder I probably would have been mainlining nachos and vodka and would never have been able to keep up my 5k training. Thanks girls!
