Outside the Box Challenge

From March 1-May 1, we're getting outside of our boxes to try new foods, exercises, and other healthy activities. Follow our progress as we post about how we're meeting each week's new challenge.

    Hello!  It’s Nikki from YogaCookies and I’ve finally signed up for My Fitness Pal to track my foods and exercise.  I was using Livestrong, but I think I like MFP better at the moment. 

    So the images below are from Tuesday, April 20th.  I even skipped coffee that morning as I was really focusing on accomplishing one day without ANY sweetness….except fresh fruits.   When I restrict myself in the sweets department, that’s practicing self-control and I’m gaining the discipline required for me to reach my fitness goals. After all, in my case, one cookie may lead to another… or another.
