Challenge that was indeed challenging…
Absolutely the “Don’t Pour Sugar On Me” test. While pretty much all of the other challenges involved adding something to our lives (herbs, new exercises, tracking habits, etc.), the sugar one was based on removing something. Solely based on the fact that I had to become extremely aware of what foods had added sugar, the challenge proved to be the most difficult! However, I am thankful it was included because I am now more knowledgeable about what I am eating as well as how I do crave/rely on sugar more than I thought.
The easiest? Actually, some of of the challenges came up JUST as I was about to coincidentally do them anyway as a result of some change in my life (Shock Your Body test, Note Your Nibbles), so I would say those were the easiest.
I enjoyed being part of the challenge for the entire 8 weeks and definitely hope there will be more in the future!! Cheers for becoming more knowledgeable, active, and consequently….healthier.
