Outside the Box Challenge

From March 1-May 1, we're getting outside of our boxes to try new foods, exercises, and other healthy activities. Follow our progress as we post about how we're meeting each week's new challenge.

  • Looking back…

    …to the very recent past! The past ten weeks flew by so quickly!!  I think the easiest challenge for me was the Frontier Girl Challenge - I love trying new things and find great relaxation when I am in the kitchen wielding cooking utensils.  The hardest?  Definitely the Shock Your Body challenge.  It seems very difficult for me to find time to get out and work out!  With my munchkin, work house, etc…its tough to get in.  But it is definitely something that I NEED to do much more often….I have had so much fun with these challenges…hope there are more to come.
