Outside the Box Challenge

From March 1-May 1, we're getting outside of our boxes to try new foods, exercises, and other healthy activities. Follow our progress as we post about how we're meeting each week's new challenge.

  • Best and worst

    The challenge that was the hardest for me was the know your herbs test.  I cook pretty frequently and use herbs pretty regularly so it was a bit of a pain to try a new herb.

    The easiest challenge was the shock your body challenge.  This was only because I was already luck enough to have my first every ski session scheduled for that week.  So it was pretty perfect timing.  :-)
